The hotel is close to many subway lines, very convenient. I found the staff quite attentive. The hotel provided complimentary juice and water in the room. I could leave luggage after checking out,.
The heating system did not work quite properly one night.

a magical stay
nespresso machine free coffee fresh towels
The room had a nespresso machine and a mini fridge. i loved free tea, coffee, juice and water it was a welcome treat. towels were replaced daily and the room got a tidy. The beds were made too.
the bedside outlet didn't work. it was a minor inconvenience, but i wished it had been functional.

the front desk staff were super friendly. they were always ready to assist with directions or any questions i had. their warm smiles and helpful attitude really enhanced my time there.

Good things and some issues
convenient location helpful staff complimentary drink misleading description inconsistent restocking faulty phone
The location proved convenient. I could easily walk to several attractions. The staff were cute and always helpful. The complimentary coffee and tea in the room were a plus.
The city view room was not what I expected. It was just a high floor, not necessarily a great view. The minibar was not always restocked daily (which was supposed to be). The phone in my room did not work properly. I had difficulty reaching the front desk.

cute staff large hotel room late check-in priority list
the staff were cute, i appreciated that. the hotel room was large and on the top floor.
i did not check in at 3 pm, on time, even though i was there waiting since 8 am. i was told i was first on the check-in priority list yet others were getting room keys ahead of me.
